Side stationary wagon tippler (c-type)
Wagon tippler is intended for bulk material unloading from open wagons with capacity of 60...93t. It is primarily used at facilities with high underground water level.
Wagon tippler consists of the following: frame, platform with cradles, baffles, centralized lubrication system and dumping device.
The wagon tippler is controlled by operator remotely from the control station.
Advantages:
- minimum capital costs for installation due to the foundation depth reduction;
- heavy-duty central shaft;
- secure open wagon fixation on the platform by means of the special braking gear;
- equipped with the vibratory cleaning system and spillage removing device;
- functional compatibility with side-type open wagon positioner.
At the development stage, manufacturer may complete the tippler with additional equipment, such as wagon pusher, crushing and milling machine, etc., at the Customer's request.
Manufacturing period: 180 days.
