Crushing and milling machines
Crushing-and-milling machines are intended for crushing of large pieces and frozen blocks of the unloaded material on the bin-loading grates of receiving bins of stationary rotary wagon tipplers.
Main design features:
- high performance;
- control system is designed with the use of programmable controllers;
- continuous traveling speed regulation;
- generally repairable and do not require the special maintenance skills and methods; ease of control.
Main advantages:
- machine is equipped with the centrifugal clutches (torque-limiting clutches);
- oblique-helicoidal teeth arrangement on the cutter drum reduces dynamic loads at coal crushing and number of teeth involved in operation at the same time;
- hard surfacing of tooth cutting head improves teeth wear-resisting properties and machine productivity.
Manufacturing period: 150 days.
