Stationary rotary wagon tipplers 75С, 120С
Stationary two-support rotary wagon tippler 75С is intended for unloading of loose bulk material from eight-wheel open cars with capacity of 60 ... 100 t by wagon tilting in rotating rotor. The open top allows unloading of frozen and bulk material without wagon tippler structural damage.
120С wagon tippler version is designed for bulk material unloading from 16-wheel special open cars with capacity of 120 t.
Advantages:
- unloading of bulk materials including partly frozen materials;
- considerable decrease in material residue remaining in wagon;
- increase on rotor rotation speed and number of unloading operations due to changing the open wagons supporting angle at the supporting wall from 14 to 7 degrees;
- reduction of time open cars stay in defroster, thus increasing open wagon turnaround during winter-time operation;
- increase of service life of reduction gears and generally of whole metal structure due to the smooth regulation of rotor rotation speed.
Manufacturing period: 180 days.
