Program-controlled reeling machine (SNPU-2)
During the period from Nov.29, 2014 to Dec.13, 2014 Ukrainian Research Institute of Manufacturing Engineering, PJSC jointly with the representative of Advanced Press House (Egypt) carried out acceptance technical testing of computer-numerically controlled reeling machine (SNPU-2). The machine has been designed by specialists of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Manufacturing Engineering, PJSC and manufactured in cooperation with Pavlograd process equipment, LLC (PZTO, LLC), Dneprotyazhmash, PJSC, Scientific production association Stankoresurs, LLC. Based on results of testing the machine Mechanical Acceptance Act has been signed.
The reeling CNC machine (SNPU-2) is designed for manufacture of cocoon-type products from glass-, basalt- and organic plastic materials through spiral "wet" winding of braided straps or roving coils of these materials on retrievable knockdown or washout or meltout jigs or liners.
The machine can be used in production of:
- high-pressure vessels, including the spherical shape;
- containers for storing and transporting chemically active fluids;
- Dewar's vessels;
- Pipes of various applications.
