Up to date honeycomb fillers are designed based on high-temperature resistant fibrous aramid paper "Nomex" saturated with thermoreactive binders.

Finished product is supplied as honeycomb filler panels with cell height and face size determined by the Customer according to panel specific weight. Application of honeycomb fillers in manufacture of various structures requiring high strength and low weight characteristics aside from fulfilling these requirements and ensuring the required stress-strain product properties allows making the finished product cost much lower.
