FILLERS ARE MADE BASED ON:   Aluminum foil Alloy 5052 Alloy 5056 Alloy АМг2-Н, 18 to 55 μm thick

FINISHED PRODUCTS  ARE SUPPLIED AS:   honeycomb units representing aluminum foil sheet stack with standard size of  690×425 mm (at customer's request non-standard-size unit can be made) varying in quantity of sheet in a stack; honeycomb filler sections representing longitudinally cut units; honeycomb filler panels representing sections stretched to required height.

 

The size of honeycomb filler cell face is determined by the customer (standard: 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm, 6.0 mm). At customer's request honeycomb filler of other required dimensions can be manufactured. 

Application of honeycomb fillers in manufacture of various structures requiring high strength and low weight characteristics aside from fulfilling these requirements and ensuring the required stress-strain product properties allows making the finished product cost much lower.
