PROJECT GOAL

To study and develop thermal calibration processes for rocket engineering, including nose fairing blocks, made of aluminum alloys, thus ensuring the minimum level of residual stresses in structures and dimensions in accordance with design documentation.

  • Mathematical simulation of residual stresses in nose fairing blocks;
  • Development of thermal calibration modes;
  • Development of stress-strain state control mode;
  • Designing of hardware for thermal calibration of nose fairing blocks.
