DESCRIPTION:

 

VRS-120S is the design of a wagon tippler intended to unload bulk material from 8-axle special-purpose open-top wagons with carrying capacity of 120 t.

 

ADVANTAGES:

  • open-top wagon provides the ability to unload bulk materials, including partially frozen ones;
  • considerable less residue remains in the wagon;
  • can increase the rotor rotation speed during unloading operations by changing the wagon’s support angle at the supporting wall from 14 to 7 deg.;
  • reduction in idle time of  an open-top wagon  in the defrosting facility , allowing faster open-top wagon turnaround time during the winter season;
  • service life extension for reduction gears as well as the entire structure due to smooth regulation of the rotor rotation speed.
