    Beneficiation of ores is referred to as operation, which increases iron content or minimizes harmful impurities’ content in ore. Beneficiation allows us to increase substantially iron content in blast-furnace charge, improve iron recovery conditions and reduce the slag output by improving in the same way the blast furnace operation and reducing the coke consumption with ever increasing efficiency.

    Ore magnetic separation method became more widely used, when milled ore is passed through magnetic field. Production of several types of drum-type magnetic separators designed for wet concentration of strong magnetic ores was set up at the enterprise. Centrifugal barrel insert and soil pumps as well as a wide range of spare parts for the pumps of various models are manufactured for pumping of the suspended water mixtures. Application of wear-resistant alloys for components of the pump wet end allows us to increase inter-repair period of operation.
