Pulverized-coal feeder
Pulverized-coal feeder is intended for the uniform metered feed of pulverized coal from the intermediate hopper to the pulverized-coal burner and for intermediate hopper cut-off in order to prevent inadvertent pulverized coal flow to pulverized-coal conduit. It is used at the SDPP boiler units. Pulverized-coal feeder is of double-impeller design, vane-type with the vertical impeller configuration and with 2 discharge nozzles. Basic type of pulverized-coal feeder components mating is the detachable connection. Feeder is featured by all bearing subassemblies mounted outside the pulverized coal feed area, of which reliable pressurization ensures long-lasting service life.
Design and manufacture of other size pulverized-coal feeders and spare parts thereto is possible.
Manufacturing period: 90 days.
