Straight-tube air preheater
Straight-tube air preheaters are used for air heating by flue gases for combustion in the TPP and SDPP burner units. Air preheaters are assembled of individual sections over the boiler unit width. Section consists of upper and lower tubesheets, in which the staggered thin-walled steel welded tubes are welded-in. Optional completing with bell-shaped cups is possible, which allows reduction of air preheater wear and extension of mean time between overhauls.
Advantages: extension of mean time between overhauls.
Manufacturing period: 90 days.
