Hot metal ladle car
Hot metal ladle car is designed for transportation of hot metal from furnace to casting machines, mixers and steelmaking units. The hot metal ladle cars with ladles of capacity of 50, 100 and 140 m3 are produced.
Hot metal ladle car moves along the railways with the help of traction railway equipment. The ladle is tilted with a tilting winch or crane.
The hot metal ladle car consists of:
- bearing frame;
- railway carriages;
- ladle;
- automatic coupler.
The scope of supply of the hot metal ladle car does not include the ladle brickwork.
Manufacturing period: 120 days.
